Just as the Pentagon released “anomalous aerial vehicles” videos Cmdr. David Fravor, a Navy Pilot, described an encounter as “not of this world!” Was it a UFO Encounter? Well according to the Navy Pilot it was “Something not from the Earth!” You won’t believe the interviews he gave major outlets such as ABC, the Washington Post and more.
Cmdr. David Fravor is a former squadron leader who worked as a Navy pilot for 18 years, revealed on Monday December 18, 2017 that he was on a routine training mission off the coast of California in 2004 when he and his team were sent ot go examine strange unidentified objects. The objects had been spotted descending from 80,000 to 20,000 feet, and then suddenly disappearing. The squadron flew 60 miles to the location for the UFO encounter, where Fravor says he saw a tic-tac shaped object, “40 feet long with no wings, just hanging close to the water.” He said it created a disturbance on the water uncharacteristic of a helicopter or a plane, and moved rapidly. As he put it, “It was a real object, it exists and I saw it,” he said in a phone interview on Monday with the interview with the Washington Post , in which he described the sighting, on Nov. 14, 2004.
“As I get closer, as my nose is starting to pull back up, it accelerates and it’s gone,” he told the Washington Post. “Faster than I’d ever seen anything in my life. We turn around, say let’s go see what’s in the water and there’s nothing. Just blue water.I have never seen anything in my life, in my history of flying that has the performance, the acceleration — keep in mind this thing had no wings,””
“I can tell you, I think it was not from this world,” Fravor told ABC News, also on Monday. “I’m not crazy, haven’t been drinking. It was — after 18 years of flying, I’ve seen pretty much about everything that I can see in that realm, and this was nothing close.”
Something not from the Earth
The encounter Fravor described has been reviewed by the Defense Department program, he said, but the nature of the object and what it was doing — remain unanswered. According to Time magazine: Interest in Fravor’s story has surged now that the Pentagon’s information is in the public realm. A video of the encounter Fravor describes is included in a cache of three videos cleared on Saturday for public viewing, which appear to show encounters between military pilots and what the Pentagon calls “anomalous aerial vehicles.”
Fravor said there is no rational explanation for the object that he and his squadron saw on that day. And once spotted there was no further investigation after the encounter.
“I don’t know if it was alien life, but I will say that in an infinite universe, with multiple galaxies that we know of, that if we’re the only planet with life, it’s a pretty lonely universe. You know, you see a lot of interesting things,” Fravor said. “But to show up on something that’s a 40-foot-long white Tic Tac with no wings that can move, really, in any random direction that it wants and go from hovering over the ocean to mirroring us to accelerating to the point where it just disappears — like, poof, then it was gone.”
